Puis lors du check in on m indique que le linge de lit et de toilette ainsi que le ménage de fin de séjour n est pas inclus. J ai du régler plus de 80€ pour le kit alors que dans le descriptif il était noté que le kit était inclus ainsi que le ménage (en dehors de la cuisine) j ai montré le descriptif sur la plate-forme mais je me suis heurtée à un mur. "It was an amazing week in La Plagne. Perfect location, ski-in and ski-out, apartments were clean and cozying. Very friendly people on reception met us and helped with accommodation. I was a little disappointed that the apartment did not have such things as slippers (floor was quite cold without it), soap, WiFi, dishwasher detergent. It is not very expensive but might make a rest more comfortable."

Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...
