Residence hoteliere en haut de la station super!

Sejour tres agreable de 2 nuits au sowell des Menuires ( Brelin). Accueil tres sympa, j ai adore l appart, tres bon canape lit, coin cuisine bien amenage, grande sdb avec baignoire, j avais une belle terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes. L hotel se situe en haut de la station, relie a la Croisette ( rond point des pistes, commerces, bars, resto) par un ascenseur tres pratique. Petite galerie marchande dans le même immeuble avec loueurs de ski, boutique, un petit supermarche sherpa, et un bar. C est tres calme, et il y a aussi une petite piscine. Je recommande!!!!

Hôtel à éviter

La première chambre n'était pas faite et elle était sur le parking. On nous a donné une 2ème chambre qui était sale, le lit (un canapé) datait des années 70, le réceptionniste nous a dit qu'il avait déjà fait remonter l'information à ses supérieurs mais sans succès. La piscine était l'une des raisons de notre choix d'hôtel, elle c'est avérée sombre, froide et sale. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis à l'accueil, donc on est obligé de les porter jusqu'à la chambre en plus de nos valises. De plus il faut les ramener sales à la réception lors de notre départ (très hygiénique). Pour résumer, nous avions réservé 2 nuits, nous sommes partis après la première. Je ne recommanderais pas cette hôtel.

Fint skiløb, ucharmerende by og elendig lejlighed

Lejlighederne til 2 personer er meget små og indeholder ikke nogen seng. Der er til gengæld en sovesofa, som passer fint i størrelse til børn op til omkring 12 år. Den er for lille til voksne og virkelig ukomfortabel. Du mærker tydeligt stålskellettet gennem den tynde madras og den synker ned på midten, så man ruller ind mod hinanden, når man sover. Altandøren er meget utæt, så når det blæser, så er der virkelig koldt. Der er 2 varmeapparater. Det ene sidder i loftet og kan ikke betjenes. Det tænder automatisk mellem kl. 22 og 05 om morgenen og sad i vores værelse lige over sengen. Så de dage hvor det ikke blæser og er koldt, så er der virkelig varmt i sengen og du kan ikke slukke varmen. Bygningen er en kæmpestor benklods fra 70'erne, som mest minder om noget fra en forstad til Moskva. Skikælderen er meget lille og uden varme til støvlerne, så de har svært ved at tørre. Beliggenheden i forhold til pisterne er god og skiområdet er godt, men byen er ikke hyggelig. Til gengæld er priserne høje, og wifi er dårligt med alt for lille kapacitet. Og ja, du har gættet rigtigt - vi kommer ikke tilbage!

Great location in Les Menuires

Good, clean apartment, a little on the small side but perfect for a week on the slopes. Great location (ski in/out). Didn't bother with the pool as it was tiny.

Je me suis rendu pour un week-end de trois jours c’était juste horrible je ne pensais pas du tout trouver un appart’ hôtel dans cet état là il n’y a quasiment pas de personnel la directrice de l’établissement se trouve à l’accueil est une femme de ménage on vous facture à 90 € pour rien du tout j’ai trouvé les toilettes salle les draps Malfait les coussins jaunâtres les portes de placards qui représentait un bon manger pour mes enfants Elle n’était même pas fixé très déçu Sans parler des toiles d’araignées qu’ils étaient dans la chambre à coucher

Hotel dentro do resort, um pequeno estudio com cozinha. Limpeza, Banheiro e instalacoes OK. O sofa cama era horricvel, nao dapara dormer direito e se prepare para dores nas costas. fropa isso a vista a fanstastica, boa localizacao e atendimento simpatico. melhor reservar um apto com quarto e cama ao inves do studio. a nao ser que seja pra 1 ou 2 noites somente. Na descricao do Hoteis.com dizia 2 camas de solteiro, na reserva dizia sofa cama.. informacoes confusas.

Upset and disappointed..

1. It wasn't possible to get hold of the hotel when we were having trouble finding the place. We tried multiple times. 2. When arriving there isn't a reception or anyone to check you in. You'll need to make an international call to do that (we were there before 2130). 3. When inside you'll have to make your own tiny single beds. 4. The firmness of the mattress is somewhere between wood and concrete. 5. Parking nearby is very hard. 6. The rooms are cold. For £150/night I was expecting a hotel not a jumped up hostel. Hotels.com have this listed as 4 star property, it isn't - it's 2 at best and getting very bad value for money at anything over £50/night.

Great staff, small rooms (smaller than you think) but clean and pleasant. Very close to shops and slopes. The swimming pool is tiny and with cold water. Overall very good and very good value for money.

Veldig flott leilighet, nydelig utsikt.

Vi sov her en natt, i leilighet. Kjempe flott sted, nydelig utsikt, kjempe greit leilighet. Vi bar 4 stk, en sovesofa og en køyeseng. Stor balkong. Sovesofaen var grei å sove på. Savnet aircontition. Vi spiste på en liten restaurant like ved, som serverte tradisjonelle osteretter og spekemat. Veldig fornøyd.

Hotels.com mislead us!

do not trust the distances which hotels.com provide. They said our hotel was 9 miles from our event. It was a 1 & a half hour drive away! When we called them to cancel, they only offered a €50 compensation & kept our €123. Disgusting. We then tried to book another hotel through them. Again they massively misrepresented the distance. Bad shocking service!

Fra hotellet side kunne der godt være tændt for varmen i lejligheden idet der dagen i forvejen var koldt og dårligt vejr. Der blev først varmt i lejligheden dagen efter ved vores afrejse.

Lit très, très inconfortable

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cette résidence. Déco moderne, salle de bains et petite kitchenette petites, mais propres. Par contre, le convertible qui nous servait de lit était de très mauvaise qualité, et nous laisse de souvenirs douleureux, mal de dos, torticolis... Très décevant.

Clean, modern and friendly hotel.

This hotel is modern and clean with friendly staff. The staff are helpful (I.e. Places to eat in town). The room is fully equipped with cooking facilities, a safe and adequate wardrobe space. We arrived at 22:00 so it was slightly inconvenient that we had to make the bed on arrival. It has great access to the slopes and right above the village giving a gorgeous view so make sure you get a slope/ village facing balcony. With a lovely relaxing pool and locked ski storage. It also has next door a small supermarket, pizzeria, ski hire and ski pass. The only think to be careful of is that on Expedia it says the hotel is located in Saint Martin de Belleville which is incorrect. It is located in Les Menuires in a place called Berlin. If getting a transfer arriving late at night make sure you have checked with the hotel that the pedestrian lift is working up to the hotel as it is not in the actual village but half way up the ski slope. But there is a pedestrian lift that goes between the two and works 24/7. So access to the village is easy and takes 2 minutes unless you desire to walk up a snowy path for 5 minutes that is located near the lift.
