「Location of Aparthotel AMMI Nice Massena is very good, just few steps from Place Massena, with shops, restaurants, supermarket around the corner. It is easily walk to Old town area, n tram station. The only limitation is needing to carry luguages for one floor to get the elevator, n one floor go down to the Reception. Staff is very helpful n friendly to us. There is a kitchen with all utensils n tablewares that you can cook. Overall its a comfortable n convenient hotel.」

「Même si l'accueil est fermé, la récupération des clefs est très facile. Gros atout, parking sécurisé gratuit, piscine gratuite. Seul petit bémol, pour une chambre de 2 personnes, il n'y avait qu'une lampe de chevet, qu'une chaise et qu'une petite cuiller. Attention, les meubles hauts où se trouvent la vaisselle est vraiment haut . . . Rien à dire sur l'état de propreté des locaux.」

「The green side view from the balcony was great, it was the best thing. I loved the apartment, except the smell on the 1 st floor corridor and in the toilet. I used Domestos in the toilet to get rid of the smell, it did not help. I also found some hairballs in the storage cupboard and on the balcony. We were told not to change the temperature of the aircon, only turn it on or off, it was freezing at night in the big room. We also had to buy supply of toilet paper, rubbish bags, dishwasher soap...

「We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. The property never responded, and despite our detailed complaint, Hotels.com...

「海邊，火車站...不算近，但步行可至，也有餐廳，超市，基本是方便的 房間清潔。至於如何維持清潔是住客基本責任，住這種公寓酒店是常識。 隔音不算好。」
