The Bethesdan Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
Woke up to bed bug attached to my leg. Room cleaning did not include vacuuming or anything other than seats and towels. Seats had rips in them. Pipe burst in basement garage creating pool of water and hotel did nothing to repair.

Global Luxury Suites Bethesda Chevy Chase
The room was not serviced and my VIP guest arrived at 9:30 to unmade bed, no towels, no soap or shampoo. Email earlier in day asking me to call - called three times and got voicemail each time.
