"We loved everything about our stay!! I wasn’t sure what to think after reading some of the online reviews, but I had booked before reading them and I am so glad we stayed there! What a great bed and breakfast. The Inkeepers (Victoriya and Stephanie) were so kind and helpful and the bed/linens were to die for. The breakfast was also fabulous! I loved the history of the house and how they really leaned into the period with the decor, music (in the dining area), and even the style of the Inkeepers....

She offer that she was there if we needed anything, we did not take her up, but it was offered. Decent loft room, very very quiet area."

Kasa Downtown Salt Lake City
4.0 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very Good, (20)
"The property is nothing like shown on the website. The loft with a bed is only a dream. If a dormitory like building & a shoebox of a room with a brick wall for view is to your liking then Kasa is just that. Homeless camps within view of the entrance is also worth mentioning. I checked in via virtual front desk, walked into the room and walked right out. Called Kasa & the agents were fantastic by phone & texts for lip service but useless for a refund solution, allegedly due to the booking done...
