「Staff are very friendly. Room is clean, spacious (we had two queen bed room,) and the wooden wall and ceiling feel great. Good restaurant choices within several miles. This is always our first choice when skiing at Seven Springs. In heavy snow days, the road between the lodge and Seven Springs resort gets maintained very quickly and frequently so it was not a problem as long as one drives cautiously. 」

The location is fantastic, close to great shopping and dining, yet the room itself was incredibly calming and serene. It felt cozy, homey, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. This was one of those stays where you immediately feel at ease. I can’t recommend The Colonial House highly enough and will absolutely be staying here again!」

「Great rooms, had to stay in area for a Celebration of Life, and had to bring the dogs. It was great to have a nice place to stay and bring the dogs with us. Will stay here again when I come back to the area. 」

「This was a quick trip to attend a funeral. It was nice to have a comfortable room staffed by friendly efficient people. The hotel is pleasant and I would return if back in the area.」

「I would’ve liked to see a little more variety on the breakfast for example, maybe add some bacon, whether it be pork, bacon or turkey bacon… the sausage that was served seemed a little undercooked 」

「Friendly staff and easy check in, clean rooms (with a really nice mini fridge and freezer), affordable stay. My only gripe was the beds were sadly pretty uncomfy and our TV didn't work, but overall we really enjoyed our stay! Would recommend as a cost-saving option.」
