Nice rooms and very friendly staff

Got a little hot but the room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfy. The down fall would be if you have never been here it’s pretty confusing on how to get here. Now I know though. Staff very friendly.

Quick stop in Lawrence, staying along the river

Friendly staff and a quick check-in along with useful dinner recommendations. Breakfast was also good. Overlooking the river and watched a bit for eagles which hunt in the area. Comfortable room and easy parking.

Nice location in downtown Lawrence - close to Mass Street. Property is a bit dated, but otherwise was clean and pleasant wiht nice staff. Wonderful warm - and free - breakfast.

I had really bad luck with another hotel and I had to book this one at the last minute. I called the next morning to see if I could come check in early, she said no problem, no charge, you’ve been through enough, we have a room ready. When I tell you Nya made my experience so great. She was so professional, kind, helpful and empathetic to my family. This was beautiful property right off a body of water, clean, quiet and comfy. Nice amenities. We swam too and that was great as well. I hope to come back soon!

Love the river front view and river walk. And it was within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Road construction in Lawrence is a challenge though.

This place was pretty perfect. The staff was welcoming; the room was comfortable; the breakfast was excellent. The hot tub wasn’t working and the gym was bare bones, but I don’t pick a hotel for these amenities, and they sufficed. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice location on the river and in the town. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. However, the building, grounds, and rooms are in a bit of disrepair and could use some renovation and updating.
