Beautiful spot on beach. Good restaurant and bar. Our room was a bit motel like, with only one window on walkway (so had to keep shades closed). Staff were friendly. Moderate walk to Rincon town square.

Overall it was a great stay! However, I would recommend to fix the hot water as it comes and goes. Also, they should list all of the amenities. The room includes a small fridge and coffee maker. Very clean unit with a beautiful rooftop deck and a small pool shared by 3 units. Directly across the street from the beach. Our unit had a well appointed kitchen and plenty of bath and beach towels. The local contact Millie was friendly and helpful! We will be back
