"Not a pleasant stay, unkept"

"The floor was quite dirty, I don’t believe they are cleaning them in the appropriate manner. That is grooved hardwood, so just swift thing doesn’t work. Dirt remains in the crevices. Staff for friendly, breakfast was as to be expected, worth the money."

"Room was really nice. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great! Location good to stay before getting on cruise. The historic village really cute!"

"The room was clean but the bed is horrible. The mattresses are super thin, lumpy, and uncomfortable to sleep on. My room had faulty electricity. The lights worked randomly blink and fade or, the tv wouldn’t turn on and the microwave wouldn’t turn on. When I complained at this to the front desk staff, the lady there told me she’d call maintenance but that she couldn’t move me to a different room because the hotel was booked solid I called corporate that evening and was in a different room for the rest of my 7-day stay. "

"You get what you pay for with this property. Rooms are outdated, pool was filthy, zero amenities. If you need a bed and little more than that, this property fills that need"

"Stayed here as an overnight in preparation for a cruise out of Port Canaveral. The bathroom was clean and the room was clean but our bed was broken and very lop sided. The staff was friendly and very helpful on their knowledge about the area. The hotel does seem to be very dated in feel. "
