「Good value for the price. Nice staff that resolved quickly an issue we had with the room. In one room we had available charge port problems so beware the cell chargers are working after lights out due to outlet switched off with lights.」

「Our stay at The Opal and West House was amazing! We stayed for a friend’s wedding and found traveling around the city extremely easy and quick while staying here. There was unfortunately an issue with our AC during the first day of our stay, but Lynsie was so accommodating ensuring us a perfect stay! We can’t wait to come back!」

「I stayed here for two nights solo, and overall the stay was okay. The staff were very friendly, but it didn’t look like my room was clean upon checking in at all. I’m not sure if the room hadn’t been used in a while, but it’s not something I’m used to seeing when checking into a hotel.
