"Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. The girl working would not have been able to lift my suitcases up to fights of that either. I asked if some sort of benefit could be given to me and I was informed no I am very upset about the service that was provided and what I had paid for and should be compensated."

Food was delicious and my spa treatments from Zoe was unbelievable. Zoe made me feel comfortable, relaxed and the whole experience was just amazing. I will definitely be returning"
