「Debo decir que me hospede sola por 4 noches en este hermoso lugar y desde que llegue, a este paraíso fue más de lo que esperaba, las instalaciones y la habitación de lujo, la atención recibida por parte de Eric, Miguel, Felipe y Orlando fue maravillosa y no puedo dejar atrás a la chica vestida de azul!! Lo recomiendo mil veces.」

「Most rooms are windows looking interior, very basic with a very small sizes bathrooms even smaller than you can not imagine with only 2 small sizes soap, no shampoo, no smartTV to watch Netflix or the others and of course NO hot water, l am serious with a lot noises with the kids of the guests shouting at the interior yard‼️If you are not staying at the room 101... It's the only room you can call a nice hotel room with the city view but you have to pay a bit more than double to stay in that...

「Personal excelente. Muy amable. Los cuartos tienen aire de poca capacidad para el tamaño del cuarto. Por ende no enfrían bien. Los cuartos les hace falta espejo. Solo tienen espejo en el lavamanos. Bastante accesible la propiedad.」

「The room was big and spacious. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is very good and the location is great. The only issue I have weee that the WiFi and the hot water didn’t work in my room. I had to reservations because we traveled from Cali to El Eje Cafetero. The room I had for the first 3 days WiFi didn’t work and the room I had after we came back from El Eje the hot water wasn’t working.」

「Everyone here was nice, but I'm surprised the hostel had such high ratings, it wasn't social, even on a Saturday night, the lockers weren't big enough to fit any backpackers bags inside, and the dorms seemed unfinished, if you had a bottom bunk you would have been totally fine with privacy curtains and such but the top bunks were like a death trap, it was more like a mattress was put on top of a four poster bed than an actual bunk bed. Honestly I just ended up sleeping on the sofa, the breakfast...
