I’ve stayed in many hotels in Cali Colombia but this is by far the best one I’ve ever stayed at. It’s brand new. It’s very classy very nice and affordable. And the staff are always going above and beyond to give service. I highly recommend this place. I know I will stay there every time I go.

The Hotel is under construction and you are sharing one elevator with construction equipment and staff. There is no bellman, no room service no restaurant. The staff is polite but not customer service oriented or hotel experienced. Maybe in a few years when the hotel is more settled it can become something nice in Cali. The hotel should be fully functional before opening the rooftop pool is in the middle of a full construction site.

Amazing Hotel !!! We were visiting from Las Vegas, NV (EE.UU) and my Husband and I had a great time. Very comfortable, clean, amazing service, very friendly and communicative. The hotel is located in a perfect area, many restaurants and bars around. The only “Issue” we had was a current construction in the property (a new restaurant in property) and they started hammering very early in the mornings, so it was a bit annoying, but understandable. We stayed for 6 nights and besides that issue, there was anything bad we could said. We will definitely stay again and definitely we will recommend to our friends and family. Looking forward to see you guys again. Thanks for everything.

The room itself was beautiful, and the staff was polite, which is why this experience was so disappointing overall. I booked this hotel for three nights specifically to enjoy the pool and breakfast. I arrived around 11:30 AM, but was told I could not check in until after 2:00 PM, forcing me to wait over 2½ hours just to access my room and drop off my bags. Because I was on a very tight schedule with only three days in Colombia, this was already frustrating. I wasn’t able to fully settle in until around 3:30 PM. When I went to the front desk to ask about the pool, I was shocked to learn that it closes at 5:00 PM, which is extremely early. By the time I checked in, there was barely any time to enjoy it. The next day (Monday), the pool was completely closed for maintenance, something that was never disclosed prior to booking my non-refundable stay. Had I known this in advance, I absolutely would have chosen a different hotel. On top of that, the hotel does not offer breakfast, despite it being advertised. I was told the restaurant is under construction, meaning I had to spend additional money every morning eating elsewhere—again, something that was not mentioned when booking. The final straw was on Tuesday morning, when the elevator was not working. I was staying on the 7th floor, and due to a medical condition, I am unable to use the stairs. I was effectively trapped in my room for over two hours, wasting even more of my already limited time. Hotel denied reimbursement.

Très bel appartement avec une vue magnifique. Nous recommandons vivement et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. La piscine est très agréable, dommage qu’on ne puisse pas se baigner après 17h. Muy buen edificio y apartamentos, buenos acabados y buen gusto en la decoracion, la suite espaciosa. Pero a pesar de estar en una supuesta buena zona de Cali ( El peñon ) no volveria a hospedarme ahi por la inseguridad, esta a solo 2 cuadras de la zona rosa de restaurantes y una noche nos asaltaron y nos robaron todo. Recomiendo no salir a caminar a ninguna hora siempre en Uber.
