「It’s a lovely place to stay, close to the airport. Aviation enthusiasts will love it, you can watch the planes from the rooftop terrace. There’s a small bar, and dinner is also available. The new owners are very friendly and accommodating, and will provide airport transfers on request. The rooms are functional and very clean. 「Absolutely fantastic week at the Santa Catalina - Royal Hideaway Hotel!! Half board, so we got to enjoy the delicious daily breakfast at the Hotel followed by dinner at the 1890 La Bodeguita - fabulous food & service at both! The hotel is just so beautiful and staff cannot do enough for you through your entire stay! We had 3 spa sessions to enjoy even more relaxation during the stay! Cannot recommend this hotel enough - will definitely be returning!!」

「The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great. The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants. Kids love the pool...

「This is our first choice hotel when staying for a short break in Las Palmas. The reception area is bright, clean and fresh smelling. The reception staff are super friendly. The rooms are equipped with tea/coffee making facilities with complementary tea, coffee and sugar. The location for us is perfect, just a minute's walk to the beach and there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars all around but still a quiet and peaceful place to stay. 」

「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! 」
