「This place was a gem, nice clean rooms with a kitchen. Our room was facing the volcano so that was a surprise. They had a bridge to walk over to get to breakfast, that was so cool for the kids. Breakfast was so good and fresh. I highly recommend. 」

「Cute idea, just poorly executed! The domo has no actual floor its just some boards with bamboo between some of the larger gaps, so the dome is filled with spiders, crickets, ants and other bugs. Booking this type of accomodation we expected some bugs but this was hundreds of bugs, and being stung and biten all night, so we got very little actual sleep. Also when we got there the dome looked cute but hadn't actually been cleaned properly, stains on the pillow cases and sheets. Very...

「I was pleasantly surprised, the photos online were pretty but once we got there the views were breathtaking. We took so many pictures of the volcano and the lake but still could not capture the beauty this location offers. The rooms and property were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. My favorite part was coming back to our room to find a new animal crafted with towels everyday, we were there for 8 days, I thought they'd run out of ways to fold the towels but they didn't. 「Breakfast was typical. Server plated your food. Not sure if you could return for more rice & beans. There is no coffee maker, or water with glasses. Room was clean with air conditioning, pool area was large with plenty of seats. Over all, would not return. 」

「The property is pretty basic, no frills, just a simple room with a bad bed, a desk and chair, and a mini refrigerator. No A/C, not even a trash container in the room, only in the bathroom. The staff was very supportive and willing to help with everything, but the property needs some upgrades. 」
