「Everything was clean, staff very friendly….and priced fairly! My only complaint was the WiFi didn’t work that well from my room. 」

「U[on initial drive into the parking lot buildings look old and a bit worn from the outside. What a pleasant surprise when you enter the lobby and see how wonderful the inside has been maintained and updated. Same with the room, spacious, clean, very comfortable beds. Breakfast in the morning was spot on with about anything you could want. Great value!」

「I messed up my reservation days when I set it up on line. The guy who checked us in was asleep in the back room and came out groggy and angry at us. He told me we were supposed to be here yesterday and it’s already paid for. I agreed I made a mistake and asked how to fix it. He was fixated on showing me my mistake on the computer. I didn’t care and asked him again to fix the problem. When he seemed to only want to argue I said I will just deal with the website and go somewhere else. Then...

「Exquisite property!! Lovely architecture and Spanish colonial design! When greeted at check in a bit more explanation of payment completion in its entirety would have been appreciated, or an email or print out. None of which were offered…However, every other encounter with staff, food , grounds and the hotel in general was absolutely perfect and we look forward to staying at all the locations ❤️ 」
