"Absolutely amazing place. Very friendly staff, great breakfast and lovely hot tub. The only small negative is the stairs up to the tree-house. It was very wet when we visited and the steps were extremely slippery."

"Our 1 week stay at the hotel was amazing! We got a room overlooking the main pedestrian square with incredible views of Lake Geneva. The location was great for exploring the area with restaurants and stores steps away. The service was also helpful and friendly."

"The hotel has an excellent location, nice rooms, and even a small elevator. It would get a 10 if not for lacking air conditioning, and a mini fridge would also be useful. I give it an 8 due to these two things. We opened the windows and these made the room cooler at night, but in the morning be prepared for delivery vehicles and street sweepers noises. The price was right, breakfast was good, and staff were nice. I would stay again."

"The room was comfortable and large and had excellent air conditioning. The bathroom had been remodeled and was very well appointed with modern touches. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and quite knowledgeable of their town. They gave me a multiday itinerary for activities in Evian-les-bains! The breakfast was delicious- a good array of coffee, teas, pastries, bread, cheese, meats."
