「I loved the hotel, room, and service overall. The room was excellent and met my expectations. The only problem my husband and I had was with dirty bedding. I tried to replace them, but was told by someone at the virtual front desk that it was after hours. There was no one to bring a clean set of bedding. 「My Jr Suite was perfect. Loved the soaking tub, the wet bar, and the huge windows that I could leave open at night. The staff was wonderful and always helpful! The wine reception every evening was the perfect touch! They even played great swing music for it. Can’t say enough good things about my stay! Great job! The only thing I’d say they could improve would be to let guests know about Bar Normandie, which is at the side of the building. Lovely dark little spot with a nice whiskey menu. 」

「我入住三晚，每晚我都要到櫃檯更換毛巾、浴巾、枕頭套，因為每天更換的都還是非常髒，有明顯髒污、黑痕跟口紅印。掛上Room service的牌子，留給房務人員的小費收走了，但洗髮精、lotion、肥皂都沒補，床也沒整理，非常糟糕。房間在拉上窗簾後非常昏暗，半夜車流聲很大、呼嘯而過，房外有濃厚大麻味。淺眠者的住宿噩夢。」
