お湯が・・

外に看板がないのでわかりにくかったです。 値段の割に部屋が広く快適だったのですが、お湯が全く出ませんでした。カランとシャワーの切り替えも回しづらかった。1週間シャワーしか浴びていなかったので最後の1泊は風呂に入りたかっただけに辛かった。

Its far from the photos posted. The only good side of this property is that it is 10 minutes away from the airport. However, the value of money is not worth it! There are far more better places than this.

완전 비추

세부 새벽 도착으로 마사지 패키지 포기하고 호텔이 편할거 같아서 윗돈주고 예약했는데 일단 택시기사도 이 호텔을 모르고 구글지도 찍고 골목에 도착하는 동시에 호텔간판은 보이지않고 암흑뿐이고 다른호텔 안으로 들어가야 랭커스텔 여인숙이 보이고 우리가 예약을 한지도 모르는 카운터 안내직원분이 반겨주고 방 안내 받고 쉬고 싶은 생각이 전혀 안들정도에 시설관리 및 청결유지가 전혀 안되있음. 와이프는 나가자고 하는걸 겨우 말리고 침대에 우리가 가지고온 옷가지로 깔고 씻지도 않고 그냥 2~3시간 잠시 눈만 붙이고 샹그릴라 리조트로 이동. 정말 다시는 가고싶지도 않고 절대 추천못하는 호텔. 공항에서 가까워서 갔는데 완전 비추.

There is no hair dryer and needed to ask the front twice. We stayed 3 people but the towel is only 1. But there’s a pot, pan knife and some dishes in the kitchen. All amenities are clean.

No direction when checking in. No key given Guy just takes your bags and starts walking away. The place is very poorly kept and a desk in back of an apartment complex that rents empty apartments in very poor condition. Booked new hotel and left.

spent 1night & the price feels a bit expensive considering the overall room condition. location is good, closed to airport. water doesn't drain well. it's not a hotel actually, duplex type apt. so we had to take all bags to upstairs bedrooms.

素泊りするホテルレベル。

2階タイプの2ベッドルームに5宿泊しましたが，備え付けのキッチンは小汚なかった。 マクタンの街，空港へのアクセスはGood。 ホテル室内の備え付けバスタオル，バスマット，はかなり使い込まれてるが、匂いは気にならなかった。 水洗トイレの貯水タンクが壊れていて、水は手動で貯水しました。 素泊りと考えて泊まらないと後で後悔するかも。

Hotels.com gave it an excellent rating. Why?!?!

It was overrated and in a bad area with minimal staff. Some of the building was being demo'd and units right beside us looked bombed out. It was a little unnerving.

Was a condo, so no hotel staples.

When you arrive, no signage pointing you to the "hotel" check in area. You actually go by the condo staff area, which has a sign, to find the check in area. Room itself was ok, including plates, dishware and cookware. No bottled water or coffee / tea. Hotel "rooms" had tags on the door and we're not numbered sequencially. Carrying luggage from "lobby" was a struggle navigating around the pool and then though a parking lot.

인생 최악의 호텔

어떻게 호텔이라는 타이틀을 가지고 있는지가 의문이고, 투숙객은 저 이외에는 한명도 없었습니다. 전부 폐가인듯한 느낌이였고, 입구도 너무 음산했습니다. TV는 당연히 작동하지 않았고, 침구류도 너무 더러웠습니다. 공항과 가까워서 선택했었는데, 공항과도 거리가 꽤 멉니다.

The hotel is a Two not a five. Terrible condition

I hated it. The place is filthy and broken down. I was dissatisfied. The restaurant next door served tiny portions. The oool was smaller than photos. There were empty units all over in dilapidated condition
