And, they tried to accuse my service dog of disturbing other guests, the manager refused to investigate to discover that it was dogs from another room, not my service dog. The on-site staff member, Tammy, was phenomenal and verified that my dog did not bark and was very accommodating, very professional and very helpful. "

"Hotel was great. Clean and nice. It was really hot outside and the ac wasn’t working great but they sent someone to look at it and it got better (still not super cold but cold enough to bare the heat). Pool was perfect. We booked hotel for the pool and we enjoyed it. "

"Very spacious and walk friendly if you have a pet with you. I wish this hotel and many others switch from carpet to a cleaner flooring type like many of the newer ones are doing. Would make it feel even cleaner. "
