「We arrived to a beautiful, clean well equipped cottage. Colin, our host, was very friendly and helped us to settle in. 」

「Cosy set up , and reasonably priced , Parking was nearby . Would definitely stay again .」

「Clean well presented accommodation, check was easy and well communicated, parking was easy to find with the addition of photos to help. 「Fabulous stay , will definitely be back」

「Eveything was perfect ,unless they have not provided any toileteries ...」

「The Annex was a peaceful location with views across the hills. It’s a convenient location for the Eden Project and the beaches around St Austell. The annex is a good base and has a home from home feel. John the host is very friendly and welcoming.」

「Beautifully finished apartment and to a high standard. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating on what was a very busy evening for them. Food was lovely and presented well, amazing coffee too. Location was great just what we needed for our trip.」

「It is a big apartment. Everything is there. Specially the kitchen with an oven. Perfect bed. Only the neighbourhood is a bit poor. But a small supermarket just round the corner. Breakfast included is basic.」

「The host was very friendly. We had a great time of staying there for 5 nights. :)」
