「I have stayed in several parador before and this is the worst parador I have been. The air con was not functioning well, mattress not comfortable. Couldn't sleep well for all night. 」

「I liked the kind people, the breakfast, the location. The restaurants in the surrounding were a little bit less attractive. The people of the cafetaria at the supermarket were friendly and helped us in English, but the food choice could be better in the village. Especially English speaking help」

「Travelled solo. Felt very safe. Certainly get your daily steps in up and down the stairs. Staff were lovely. Would definitely stay again 」

「Room was nice, what we needed before a morning flight. We were able to park our rental car out front. Only 10 minutes drive to airport. We opted to book breakfast on check-in for a much lower price than the day of. We also ate dinner at the hotel since it was easy after a long travel day and restaurant was open relatively early (for Spain). Right next to a train station, easy access into Central Santander. 」

「The hotel was amazing. Very nice and welcoming reception. Loved the old building (30 years). Perfect having a restaurant/bar just across the way. Delicious food and the chef was very nice and he came out to check if we wanted everything we ordered, as he was concerned we might have ordered too much Breakfast at the hotel was plentiful and good. 」

「Really nice room in a very central location. The staff were amazingly helpful & allowed me to not only drop off my bags at 10am so I could go exploring but I also checked in aboit 2 hours early too. The doors are all operated through an app or a code so you can come & go as you please & the bed is comfy & spacious. There's also a lovely big rainfall shower & the cleaning staff are helpful & friendly too. Would highly recommend.」
