「位置很好，交通也方便，但是我們入住的當天 洗手台的水槽沒辦法漏水，因此隔天晚上跟前台的小姊姊說，她讓我們換一間房間，但是由於客滿的關係，我們只能住一天，隔天必須換回原本的房間，並送我們一天的早餐。結果隔天早上要去吃早餐，小姊姊並沒有跟其他前台人員交接，所以其他人都不知道我們的情況，說要吃早餐需要付錢，然後洗手台也是我們說了，他們才修的，讓我們等30分鐘之後再換房間。那如果我不說 是不是就不會及時處理問題，要浪費我更多的時間在等。總之，我覺得沒有說到做到這點不是很好，下大雨還只能先去附近找吃的然後再搬行李⋯⋯」

「Great stop over hotel, just off the motorway. Reception were very friendly and helpful and the room comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a room at the front but the sound insulation was good, we couldn't hear the motorway at all. Good secure car park, just a bit confusing finding the entrance to it.」

「Room was clean and well appointed. They let us into our room an our early and let us check out two hours later than the standard check out. We really appreciated that because we were only there one night. There was an issue with the fridge not working and a window not closing properly, letting in a lot of noise from the Food Hall next door. The maintenance person responded immediately and replaced the fridge and repaired the window. He also provided restaurant recommendations and advice about...

「As a lone ,older, female traveler I must say that the staff could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and considering that I spoke very little French. They could not have been more helpful. The room was spacious, very clean , comfortable and extremely quiet. The breakfast facilities were adequate and there was plenty of variety. Again the staff were very attentive and friendly. I can recommend Hotel Vatel and would not hesitate to stay there again.」
