"There were very noisy people next to my room playing extraordinarily loud music from 2 am to 6 am. Very very loud. And many people in that room having a party. Room 172 was the room. And I guess they don’t have 24 hour service at the front desk or security to deal with that nonsense. Horrible."

"There was a variety for breakfast, and the breakfast staff servers were kind. The room was clean and was good for the one night we stayed. There were a pool and hot tub but we didn't use those facilities."

"It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us ..."
