「The supporting facilities are too old, the breakfast ingredients have an oily smell, there are only three choices of food, and the hygiene is not very clean. I left my clothes at the hotel without notifying us. I called to ask and said they didn't have them. They didn't return them to us until we went back to the hotel to ask.」

「Staff was very supportive and friendly as well as responsive to our requests for additional needed items (extra toilet paper, Kleenex, extra towels, a replacement ironing board). This place, and the surrounding area, is very nice. Bonus points for being conveniently located within walking distance of the Ballston/MU Metro station, upscale restaurants and a nearby grocery store. Fitness room is in need of a refresh; various pieces of workout equipment were functional but in need maintenance...
