「We enjoyed the Hotel and its amenities eg indoor pool, jacuzzi, wet and dry sauna plus the spa. I had a massage and one of the best at a hotel in the UK. The room was comfortable and bathroom a good size. However, the bedroom window with views of the sea was small, so disappointing but will upgrade next time as the views are so worth it! The location of the hotel is ideal for using the train and access to the lovely sandy beach. Walking to the centre of the town is about 10 mins and easy but...

「A beautiful hotel in an incredible location, with lovely spa facilities that are worth a visit. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. That said, for a hotel of this calibre, we did notice a few areas where the experience fell short of expectations. Small touches — like having the tea tray refreshed without needing to ask — are the kind of details that elevate a stay, and we found ourselves having to prompt for these. 「We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and have yet to hear back from a Manager regarding the numerous complaints we had with the service experienced.
