「For accessibility it has the features but not usable features for a wheelchair bound individual. I am bilateral aka and I was out in a room that I could not access bathroom and front desk said there was nothing else available so I stayed 4 days without shower and had to go to Walmart for bathroom usage! They checked me in and saw clearly I had no legs and was in a wheelchair! That shows the nature of this hotel making sure their guest are taken care of! Note this only reason I stayed is because...

「The property was clean and the staff friendly. It was quiet and not many smokers. There was no paper/notepad in the room and no writing utensils. I was also disappointed that I could only have internet access on only my phone. I had to use my hotspot for internet on my computer. Amenities were fair at best.」

「Staff helpful. Breakfast - normal stuff which was fine. Chairs in breakfast room - bases really need to be replaced - many tears. Parking lot had glass from it looks like a broken car window - would have thought the management would have taken care of it. We just wanted a place to sleep and room was fine but no soap in room.」

「We had to switch rooms. The first room had a broken blind, bathroom door that only closed halfway, and the toilet was broken. The second room was fine. The bottom of the bathtubs need some texture. They are very slippery when wet. 3 out of the 4 of us fell while showering at one point. Breakfast was mediocre. Oh, and at times when showering there was no hot water. I wouldn’t stay there again. The staff was friendly though so that’s the only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 1 or 2.」
