「Our stay was great except for the daysgift front desk person on Sat and Sun. Our keys quit working on Saturday when my husband told her she made it known she didn't know how it kept happening after all her master key was working. Next morning as we are eating breakfast I watched three different people come up to the desk to check+out each time they had to wait awhile since she kept going to the back, it was check out time she was not paying attention to the front desk. 「I booked a walk in shower because of hip surgery. They did not have a room on the first floor but they were able to find one on the secone floor. I was also expecting a bell boy to help me with my luggage. There was none.」

「The night lady isn't great for business, she's not very professional at all. Rooms are ok but not cleaned very well. Showers are dirty sheets and pillows are old and stained. Beds are horrible and house keeping walks in without knocking first.」
