Pool was closed, room was dirty and full of box elder bugs, they refused to refund our room even after checking out 15 minutes after check in. They advertised a kiddie area is the main reason for booking here and we are traveling with a 2&4 year old. We had stayed here 2 years ago and the pool was also closed but the room was clean. They didn’t notify us about the pool at check in either and the manager was rude at check out. We ended up going to the Microtel and had a much better experience!

Amazing place to stay for a family!

We have stayed at this property over a year ago and I can say this has by far been the absolute best stay we have experienced! The front desk staff, Mark, at check-in was very friendly and accommodated all of our needs. We didn't catch her name but the woman who cooks and serves the breakfast was OUTSTANDING! The food was hot, well stocked, and a great appearance. The pool was clean, the water was not cold, and the pool room was comfortable whether you were swimming or not. As a family of 5, we will be making this our new preferred hotel to stay in when we visit Sidney!

It's Sidney MT so this place is very nice. It was close to the fair we went to and they were kind to accommodate us with a ground floor room with our dog. I like the shampoo and stuff being in the shower and big bottles you pump from.

One of the cleanest places I’ve been to! We couldn’t participate in breakfast but the setup looked amazing and the coffee was fantastic! The front desk clerk seemed to not know what to do with an Expedia customer though.

Check in was good. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom needed some work. Ceiling in bathroom was falling down and gaskets in shower and sink need to be replaced. Found a open bottle of pop in the room from someone.
