"Modest and clean accommodations, the shower was awesome, hot water and great pressure. Would have liked an extra pillow each, but otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Collin was an excellent host and cooked us a fresh breakfast. "
"Friendly and laid back resort on the Belize river. My wife and stayed for 3 nights, and enjoyed lounging by the pool and taking an all day trip to Lamanai as well as a local river cruise. Amazing wildlife! We saw howler monkeys, iguanas, parrots and countless other birds in the resort itself. The restaurant at the resort is quite good. We also appreciated the location just 20 minutes from the airport (although it feels very secluded)"
"The property was run down and in terrible condition. Rooms had windows in terrible state of repair allowing insects and lizards in to the room. Bugs in the bed and on the sheets. We received many bites. If it weren’t for the very kind staff member we would have turned around and walked out, even if we had to forfeit the money paid!"
"This place is great! Joyce is on top of everything and helped us with laundry one day and even gave us free pork buns the morning we were leaving. The garden is so beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. AC worked great!"
"The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize."
"We had the place to ourselves and the beautiful wildlife right on the river. Shanna and Kenny were wonderful and handled every aspect of our trip. The pool and bbq were fun! I would definitely stay here again. The family of Howler Monkeys with babies were my favorite part. Peaceful, serene, and in the jungle."
"The water didn’t work no way to shower or brush teeth wasn’t told until we arrived but made the best of it the man who stays on the property was helpful and did his best to make sure we had what we needed but again no running water is a big deal "
