was extremely disappointed with my first hotel choice, which prompted me to book this hotel instead. I can't fully describe the amazing experience I had here. I have never been treated so well at any hotel I have stayed in throughout my lifetime. The staff knew me by name, addressed me personally, and greeted me warmly every time they saw me. The staff was simply incredible. I can't believe this hotel isn't ranked number one among the four hotels in the group. I am seriously considering coming back to Vietnam just so I can stay here again. It was truly a phenomenal experience, and I am sincerely thankful and grateful to every member of the staff—from the front desk team to the amazing chefs and servers who made the breakfast buffet such a wonderful experience.
