「When we got there, EVERYTHING was broke, from the elevator, the pool, the hot tub, the ice machine,& the vending machines. And we paid for the amenities. And the man at the desk told us the elevator was out, we would have to take the stairs, our room would be on the 3rd floor, it only had three floors(By the way I take breathing treatments). Didn't give us any money back or ask if we would like different accommodations for the elevator being out, just told us to use the back door, & other...
