It's not a new hotel, although my room was well-maintained and clean, other rooms weren't. The Mexican restaurant conveniently located next door has very good food and good prices; however, the smell emanating from there doesn't do them any favors—it seems to be coming from the pipes.

The hotel is in good condition but a little dated compared to others in the area. Staff was nice and very knowledgeable about all things. The breakfast area was tiny with only 5 tables available.
