"Family friendly. Neat history. Fantastic location. We were able to walk to almost everything. Had dinner at the hotel (ribeye and filet) they were both delicious. Walked over to Pancake house for breakfast. Hotel is located right next to actual hot springs and all the shops. They are undergoing renovations but it wasn’t a big deal. Staff was friendly. Mamoo’s ice cream downstairs was sooo good! We are happy we chose to stay at The Arlington! "

"I stayed with my youngest daughter who has asthma. My family and I checked in around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed a strong smoke odor. Unfortunately, no alternate rooms were available, and my youngest daughter has asthma, so this presented a serious health concern. Because of this, I asked the front desk if we could check out early and receive a refund for the unused nights, and I was advised to return the next morning to speak with management. On Sunday at approximately 7:30 a.m., I spoke with Mandy at the front desk. I explained that my daughter had coughed through the night and was unable to sleep due to the intense smoke smell in the room. I request my cancellation to the front desk with the understanding that we would not be staying the remaining two nights because of my daughter’s condition and the room environment. I was notified that the refund for the unused nights has not been approved by the management/ owner . It was disappointing that the hotel did not approve any partial refund not try to settle the claim in any possible way. They simply rejected and ignored my future communication. Stay out from this hotel , there are better options in Hot Springs "

"Perfect location to get to activities and restaurants. Was not impressed with cleanliness. Room was not swept when we checked in and husband had to wipe down the shower for me. Hotel was packed and the only pillows on the bed were small square throw pillows. "

"This place was good for the price don’t expect anything fancy basic breakfast, basic gym equipment and indoor pool is kinda small. Besides that the area was safe the room were clean and big lots of clean towels, shampoo, body wash , makeup remover wipes and lotion provided. Plus they have coffee all day in the lobby "
