「This is a drug den. Homeless shelter. I can’t believe Expedia would recommend this place. I will never use Expedia again terrible」

「The room was like it hasn’t been updated since the ‘50s. The towels were stained and the soaps (2) were very, very tiny, barely enough for a shower, and no shampoo. The tub and toilet are very old. If my wife and I weren’t so tired when we checked in I would have asked for another room, but I think it wouldn’t have made a difference. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.」

「Great staff, great location, very clean. If you are doing a short stay (1-2 nights) it’s good. However I wouldn’t want to stay for a long time (longer than a night or two) the bed wasn’t comfortable at all and they don’t have black our shades so if you have trouble sleeping with light coming in you’ll have a hard time here. Good for a short stay, not ideal for a week or more.」

「I don’t know where to start. At first glance it looks alright. No glaring issues. Basic accommodations. Got checked in, dropped off luggage and headed out to a concert. Upon return, I discovered the sheets appeared dirty, but I think were just stained. The WiFi kept disconnecting and the directv had nothing but porn options and one channel with forensic files. If I could’ve been refunded I would have left. Unfortunately, I sucked it up and stayed. I wouldn’t stay here again.」

「Overall the room was ok for a night stay but the blankets it so smelled like a mold or something weird,bathroom clean but no toilet paper just a little bit a less lived a new one.」

「The room had a wonderful view. HOWEVER, when I search hotels I look for hotels with hottubs. I called and made sure it was working. They said yes. Get there and it is not working. She said I should of asked if it was a jacuzzi. That is not how it is stated on line. I was VERY disappointed. The one thing I wanted. The staff needs to communicate appropriately and state it is not running as it should be.」

Hardly any parking, no hand towels, washcloths or bath mats unless you asked specifically. No dish soap or dish towel to clean dishes. NO SHAMPOO. Who doesn't give their guests shampoo? No closet to hang clothes. No hooks or shelves in the bathroom; nowhere to hang wet bathing suits or towels. NO DEADBOLT on the room door. The pool area was littered with cups and bottles and the...

「I checked in after waiting ten minutes for someone to come to the front desk after calling them repeatedly. I brought my suitcase to the room.Changed real quick and went to visit a friend for dinner and came back to the room at 945. The bathroom was horrendous a hole in the ceiling over the rusty shower and a piece of spacle tape, two foot long hanging from the ceiling. The wifi did not work. You could not access an electrical plug to charge a phone. There were no wash clothes, only two...

「There's no wonder why this motel had such a high rating. I have zero complaints. Rooms were so nicely set up. Very modern. Bed was very comfy. I had an amazing time staying here. Will definitely be booking again when I go back. Staff was so nice and friendly as well!」
