「Room was clean. There was mold in the bathroom. The fan was very loud and noisy. Good breakfast. Internet very slow Lighting in room awful. It was way too dark.」

「Owners were attentive to your every need. Breakfast was excellent. 」

「It wasn’t terrible. The bathtub was leaky and had water stain on the drain from the leak. The lamp shade should have been wiped, there were some questionable spots on it. Some of the towels were stained with dark spots. Cleaning staff could improve a notch or two. Those are the only complaints. Breakfast waffles were delicious. The a/c ran great, which in this summer heat, good a/c is a must. A great location. Friendly staff.」

「Room was not cleaned while we were there. Shower was the absolute worst. Just a drizzle and pray you get your underside clean. Pool was gross and green and filter was not running. The hot tub was foamy and had sand in the bottom. Kids in the pool screaming until after 9:30, but nothing can be done about that. We just decided to spend more next time and go somewhere nice.」

「Newer place and it was close to shop La and foods. They don’t clean your room entail after 4 days but will gladly give you more towels. Gulf Shore and Orange beach are roughly 20 minutes or so.」

「Great breakfast, clean room, polite staff. The front desk needs a bell or phone to contact employee because they are in the office in the evening and didn’t come out for 20 minutes. Unable to call front desk from room also..front desk phone out of order. I had to book through Expedia because no phone service with front desk. Brand new building working out the details I guess. Plan to return in the future!」

「The staff is super friendly. Hotel is clean and the breakfast was actually really good. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes and sausage!」

「Shelly was very friendly and helpful. She has great customer service. The only thing I didn’t like was people staying in the hotel was beating on our door really loud and running around 2-3am multiple times. This happed both nights we were there. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay.」
