"Rooms are not cleaned regularly. They change towels, if needed, and empty garbage daily, but more thorough cleaning is every four days. Decor could use an update. Staff is generally nice. Pools seemed to be kept clean and never seemed crowded. I would stay again for the right price but wish rooms were cleaned more often."

"Power was out for two days for more than 4 hours each day of our 3 day 2 night stay and no compensation not even a free drink or a flashlight. We would not have known about the power outage, if we had not stayed in the room when the power went off. TV only turned on before the power went off. TV channels were finally available late at night the night before check out. Manager on property was told not to offer any compensation to any guests. "

"We had double beds which of both were box springs, haven’t slept in one of those in years. We could not get the room cold enough no matter what we set the temperature at, including continuous fan. Cold water in the sink/shower was hot, hot was scolding. We ordered food poolside the staff forgot half of it, we used the messaging app and we still haven’t had a response (currently 3 days). This was a first time at this resort and for sure will not return. "
