"I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location was perfect. Looking at the mountains and snow falling every morning and evening was a dream. Easy access to restaurants, COOP grocery store and equipment rentals. Train is a 10 minute walk to get to the lifts and main skiing areas. The staff is amazing at Hotel Spinne, they were helpful and friendly. It was raining one of the evenings we were going out and they had umbrellas to use for guests. We also were leaving in the morning before breakfast was served and they offered to prepare us a breakfast to be delivered to our room the night before. When i tell you we could not have been more grateful for that as we had a 5hr travel ahead of us with tight train connections. Truly above and beyond hotel. Highly recommend and I will definitely stay here again. "

"First impression matters. This hotel’s staff welcomed us warmly and gave us the best tips on how to maximize our stay in Lucerne. The daily breakfast had a good selection, and there was unlimited access to hot water and coffee which was perfect! We also came at a time when they were celebrating the carnival which made our stay even more memorable. Thank you! One more thing, this hotel is centrally located - about 4-5 mins walk from the train station, and is close to everything!"
