"The entire property was well-maintained and welcoming. The lobby and shops were beautifully decorated for Christmas and even had a “Letters to Santa” station set up. The rooms were clean and the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. You could not ask for a better centrally located area. We were blown away with this place for the price that we paid. "

"The room was ready early. I was grateful. Also their shuttle started at 4am. I had a 6am flight. They left timely. The morning guy at the front desk was an ass. He was not friendly at all. He was a germ a fobe. The attendant on duty when I check in was great. "

"Great locations - we walked to Epcot. Valet was great and easy to leave bags for the day. Check in was easy. Great amenities - cafe/store and bar. Room was large and spotless. Would definitely stay here again."

"The wait to check in was over 30 minutes. The desk agent I had DJ was marvelous. She was very personable and helpful. It was worth the wait to have someone so wonderful "
