"Our room was in very clean upon checking in and ready for early check in, which was very helpful considering our flight arrived early. There is also availability to do self-check in at the kiosk which save lots of time from standing in the long lines at the front lobby desk. Every staff member we encountered was very helpful and knowledgeable of nearly anything you needed. I will definitely staff here over and over again when visiting Vegas."

"It was small and intimate. It connected to the Paris hotel. It was near Tupac Memorial. One staff member said they could send cupcakes up for my mom the next day around 12 noon. I called and asked about them at 1201 nobody knew what I was talking about on way back in at 5pm, I stopped by desk and no notes were in the computer. Once I got to room there were to Danish dropped off no note just there. So who knows who got the message and no one else knew. Like that the laugh factory was inside this hotel."
