「Room nice and staff helpful」

「The clerks lies about the booking capability and they said the tommy would be ready by 3pm, then later on said there was no room any more. Finally, I had to stay at the other hotel. That was horrible and clerks were poorly trained.」

「El personal fue muy cordial y atento. Los servicios estuvieron excelentes. La habitación encontre 2 inconvenientes. El primero fue el sanitario tiene un poco de sarro. En la regadera al parecer anteriormente contaba con dos puertas corredizas de vidrio. En la habitación que me hospede, solo contaba con una. Y en lugar de la otra puerta de vidrio tenia una cortina. 「飯店位置在ontiario mills這個鼎鼎有名的outlet附近，飯店很新，晚上大門有門禁令人安心，有提供免費ontario airport機場接送，但是沒有outlet接送，早餐還不錯雖然是美式的但每天都有些小變化，走路1分鐘有餐廳、31冰淇淋，推薦」

「My husband and I were surprised upon arrival to be upgraded to a beautiful king suite. 」

「The kitchen only had 1 fork, 1 spoon and 2 knife’s. Only 1 drinking glass. There were plenty of throw away coffee cups that we used for most everything. I’m sure if I had called the front desk they would have brought up whatever we needed. There should be 2 of all dishes and flatware since there was two of us in the room. All in all it was very good. Will stay there again. 」
