"I was traveling with 2 children ages 8 and 11. We were excited about going to a hotel with a pool. Come to find out that they were not allowed to use the pool. You had to be 16 years old.
I did get the breakfast buffet. It was very good. Except the scrambled eggs were under cooked the 1st day, so I didn’t get those. I got the omelette instead which was good. They had a waffle maker station, and tons of other choices.
I liked that they let us store our luggage before check in and after check out.
I didn’t like the smoke smell that the camp fire in the lounge/bar area was causing. We stayed in a room that was under the 1st floor with no windows and I could smell the smoke in my room in the morning. After breakfast in the restaurant, It caused me to have an episode of shortness of breath, which was quite scary. I had to go outside to get fresh air. I didn’t report it to the front desk at the time, because I didn’t realize that it was from the smoke until later."
