"They found a room ready when we checked in, lunch was very good but the meat choices had already been sold out, there were no hot tub or pool amenities, the ac did not work upon arrival, the restaurant staff did not know where ice could be obtained, the dinner was excellent with good wine and food choices, the breakfast buffet was good but still water was not offered, the airport transfer bus was timely and comfortable. Overall would check again for other hotels with better amenities before booking again."
