「Staff in the cafeteria (-1 level) is very helpful. He helped me heat up my dinner. Since the hotel is situated remotely, I purchased two cold meals at Carrefour express before checking in. The hotel provides water machines, this is very convenient and helpful.」

「It was a long day for us and the first front desk staff could not find my booking so we had to wait there to figure out what's going on. Yet later another girl came and told us she found it after a while. No apology were said by their staff and they had nothing to say. Very disturbing experience and would definitely not considering staying here next time.」

The church nearby rings every hour even at night so bring a earplugs. Otherwise it is fine. The bathtub stopper does not work so I have to sit and put pressure on it to keep it down.
