When I finally got into my room it was full of bugs, dirty sheets and towels and the shower was full of scum and left over soap from a previous stay. The staff did provide me with a fresh set but attempted to charge me for me and I needed to explain I didnt even get to put my bags down to notice how dirty they were. The room I booked the light in the bathroom was twitching and wouldn’t work. The sheets were smelly. The tv wasn’t even mounted to the wall and didn’t work.
