Normalt i Lombardiet att servicemänniskor är ytterst trevliga & bemötande, trist gäng här. Förutom damen i frukostbuffén (hette Ilaria), hon vägde upp resten av gänget, så enkelt det kan vara.」

「Le personnel au petit déjeuné ne s'occupait pas des clients, de ce fait je n'ai pas eu de café et il manquait des items alors que je suis arrivé a 7h45 et le breakfast ouvre a 7h30.... Le mardi matin je n'ai pas eu de breakfast car cela œuvrait a 7h30 et j'avais rendez vous a 8h a 20」
