「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「No one to replenish coffee pods. No one locally to help with extra bed - rollaway or sofa bed we requested. No one available to talk to about an upgrade to a an Apartment with 2 beds. A/C was OK. Shower very small. Drying rack for clothes from washer would have been nice addition. Kitchen was OK.」

「I gave one star because we were asked to pay 10euro per bicycle to park inside. It's ridiculous. We cycle a lot and it has never happened before. Verona is a big hub for cyclist and not posting this information is just misleading.」

「Amazing hosts and a wonderful stay. Breakfast delivered to the room was more than enough with fresh cheeses, meats and pastries. Anything we needed was accomodated and communication was excellent throughout even before we arrived as this was for our parents 40th anniversary. Stunning location and accommodation.
