「Quite disappointed. The warm feeling in the past is gone. The smell of pets pervades the hotel.」

「Nice clean rooms large bathroom. Basic breakfast」

「Good」

「Decent place for a good nights rest. Front desk staff was polite but no personality. Hot tub wouldnt stay on, pool area is in desprate need of fresh paint or sealant or whatever. Paint was peeling off all concrete surfaces. Room was clean. Breakfast was terrible. Overall, the stay wasnt bad, just nothing special. *** Also it is the off season for the Dells and it was a weeknight. They may make more of an effort in busier higher price season.」

「The resort is dirty. There was a strange smell in the room. The air conditioner was very noisy. The room is different from the photos. When the door was opened, many flies flew into the room. Flying around, we couldn't sleep at night. The service of the resort staff is very good. Ask the staff if you can reduce the one-night stay and refund the money. At that time, it was ok. After the trip, I called the resort to ask how to refund the money. The staff said that the money was not refunded. This...

「A fantastic updated property in the Dell's. It's one of the if not the nicest hotel in the area. Has a luxury feel to it and a very good restraunt attached. It felt more geared towards adults, but does have a nice indoor pool with a kids play area. A must stay if you're visiting Wisconsin Dells.」

「It was nice and clean」

「We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was great, with plenty of places nearby. The hotel was clean, and we especially loved the large bathroom and spacious room with a comfortable couch. Everything made our stay enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again!」

「Wonderful stay! Staff was great and we enjoyed the room and breakfast.」

「A little small not worth it. 」

「Easy to get to. Very nice place.」

「Loved the property and the amenities offered! The rooms are brand new, beautifully designed, and absolutely amazing. The pools were also well-heated and very enjoyable. Although they were a bit smaller than I expected, they were fantastic nonetheless. The only area where I felt there was room for improvement was the overall fantasy-themed experience. I had expected the staff to embrace the fantasy element a little more, perhaps through themed uniforms, character interactions, and a more...
