「They refused to accept the reservation I made with Expedia for $445.40 and charged me $480.10. They said I should seek a refund from Expedia and that Expedia miscalculated their fees and taxes. Please do not pay them any of my Expedia credits and reimburse me $34.70.」

「The room was Pet friendly- When i checked in the motel representative showed me a letter on the counter from the City of Lakeview explaining why the water smelt like sulfur.......everything was filthy- bedding didn't smell clean- lots of Mold throughout the room- floor was very spongy- i have Never paid for a room like this before- but because we had our 12 lb doggy who is n his last days, we had to stay there. No other hotel in this town that would take pets. There were a few farmworker work...

「Hotel was hard to find, no lights on signage or in lobby building. At checkin the card machine was broken. No explanation of amenities, hot spring pool location (again with no lights) and was not clean. Room had broken lights, FIRM mattress and broken shower towel rack. Mold growing in cracks of shower curtain. This place has charm, but needs a little work in the hospitality department.」
