"Room was clean and be was comfortable. The rooms lacked decorative items, plain walls, but were quiet. Basic furnishings. Basically were used the room to sleep in, pictures on the walls, or lack there of, really doesn’t matter. The floor was not level, you really noticed walking around the room. Bathroom light would come on by itself. Excellent location, walk to various restaurants and felt safe. Reasonably priced, good location, clean room. Everything needed for a good nights sleep."

"Excellent site with a variety of options to suit different people and different group sizes. This was our first time glamping and the tent and bed were excellent. It can get really cold at night even in August so be aware. Shop was well stocked, if you are in a tent you really need to self cater, as nearest options are in Chiloquin and they are not great. Casino restaurant is an option. Site set up is beautiful and very relaxing just to sit and watch the birds and the creek with a beverage or two. Easy access to the National Park. Note that shop is only open 10-6, so get breakfast needs organized day before! Would recommend and plan to come again next time we come to Crater Lake"

"Nice comfortable place to stay at. It was surprisingly quiet and we got couple of good nights rest. The reason for the surprise is we noticed a lot of utility pick-up trucks around which I'm assuming they provide accommodations to workers from out of town. That made parking a bit hard but not horrible. We stayed here because it was a descent hotel to stay close enough about 50 min drive to Lava Bed National Monument. It was also convenient around downtown Klamath Falls and some shopping centers around the area. So if you're traveling and needed dining spots, gas, and refill on supplies, this place is pretty central. Overall good stay."
