"Staff was very nice. Room keys did not work but was later fixed the following day. Room did not have towels after turn down. Towels had stains on them. "

"This hotel was very difficult to find the entrance for. The Google Maps need to be corrected before someone has a wreck. The room was clean, hotel new, beds excellent. The hot water was not hot it wasn’t even luke warm on the fourth floor, I couldn’t run it for five minutes before it went cold. Everything was fine except the water which was very disappointing. If you like great beds and a cold shower this is the place for you. "
